Vicki COWAN - Print Maker
Vicki is an award-winning graduate of The Ontario College of Art and Design, and of Concordia University. Her work appears on the covers of books published in Canada, the United States and Sweden, and has been acquired by private collectors in Canada and abroad.
"My works address the mystery of creation - both in terms of how we understand the world around us, and also how we express our individual creativity. At each moment, knowingly or not, we gather and shape our energies in terms of our beliefs about the workings of the universe, the dynamics between people and the autonomy of the psyche. In constantly adressing these ideas, my art practice seeks to deepen and renew my own dialogue with the natural world, with others, and with the Self."
