Margery CARTWRIGHT - Potter and Photographer
Instructed in her craft at schools in Sierra Leone, Saskatchewan and England, Margery now makes her home in Haliburton. Her work features the popular oak leaf and acorn design worked in both delicate porcelain and sturdy stoneware. She also creates unique functional pieces, trivets and platters with pastel painted lakeland scenes. She has recently turned her artistic eyes toward photography, which allows her to get outside and enjoy the magnificent beauty of the Haliburton Highlands.
